OCI Compute - How to Utilize the USB Dongle Attachment on Windows (Doc ID 2937986.1)

Goal

USB dongle is placed on all 3 physical servers which has the important License file to verify the software running on physical servers all the time. USB dongle is never detached from the physical server even when its rebooted.

We would like to know if the above option is available in OCI also to place/mount license file onto the server all the time.
