On : 23.A.03 version, Quota

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unexpected values on quota matrix for booked activities

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We expect that the values for booked activities (number of booked activities and values consumed) to be coherent with actual booked activities

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 - login
2 - Click on Menu > Quota
3 - Select Bucket 
4 - Click View > Apply Quota by Capacity Category
5 - Click on Available Capacity Screen and export Activity List
6 - Check existing activities

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, possible loss of business since customer may thing there is no available quota for time slot
