Goal

Sometimes the end-user might come across below error while deleting the VCN or Subnet.

This error indicates that there is a VNIC from the subnet that is still active/in-use which prevents the end-user from deleting the subnet or VCN. The most common reason for this error is that the VNIC is used by a mount point or a Loadbalancer (LB) or a compute instance.
