Error When Using Import Management For A Custom Object (Doc ID 2938206.1)

Symptoms

The user created a custom object and used the Import Management to import records into it. This generated two email notifications: One successful and One with error message below.

Note that the records were successfully imported.



ERROR

Your machine learning model Import-Estimation1 has finished processing.

The process was not completed successfully as describe here:

oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLException, msg=ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P000, instance epxa25-k9jmk2:us2dehc2 (2) ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

Please adjust your Sales Machine Learning Model and resubmit for processing.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Import Management
2. Create Import Activity for custom object
3. Schedule Import
4. Import is successful, but generates two email notifications: One successful and One with error message
