Symptoms

Created an element object group and added the bonus element into the element inclusion. Process the bonus element separately in the payroll run but encounter the error below:

Line_text = 73, The GB_LEGISLATIVE_CHECK skip formula couldn't be successfully processed.

Steps to duplicate:

-Create an element object group.
-add the bonus element to this object group.
-Via submit a flow, submit the calculated payroll and ensure to use the element object group newly create from the first step above in the flow.
-Error above is received
