On : 11.13.22.04.0 version, Receivables

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is trying to create the tax condition set for ‘Product noninventory linked’ as tax determining factor class for Product Category and, in the field for ‘Value or Start from Range’, there is no value displayed, so the LOV is blank.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
While the user is trying to create the tax condition set for ‘Product noninventory linked’ as tax determining factor class for Product Category, in the field for ‘Value or Start from Range’, there should be values displayed, so the LOV should not be blank.

STEP-1 - Manage Product-Based Fiscal Classifications
STEP-2 - Manage Taxes
STEP-3 - Manage Tax Determining Factor Sets
STEP-4 - Manage Condition Sets
