Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transfer status is not changed to closed and sender loss is not applied for short receiving.
All items belonging to the transfer are shipped and received and all appointments related to these transfers are also closed but transfer status are not changed to 'C' and sender loss is not applied for short quantity receiving even 45 days passed for transfer auto-close.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Transfer status should be changed to closed after 45 days and sender loss should be applied
