FCCS - Connections Are Not Working When Network Perimeter Is Enabled In IDCS (Doc ID 2938376.1)

Symptoms

Validating Connections in FCCS produces error "The user name or password or domain is invalid. Ensure the user is a Service Administrator using their Identity Domain credentials."

1. Log in to FCCS instance
2. Navigate to the Manage Connections
3. Validate the connections
4. Error - The user name or password or domain is invalid. Ensure the user is a Service Administrator using their Identity Domain credentials.

Changes

 The customer has enabled Network perimeter in the IDCS application to allow only certain IP address. Issue is noticed only after enabling the Network Perimeter and it works fine if they disable this option.
