DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM:

After upgrade to 22.7, unable to use image Picker on Mobile Android.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
--------------------------
- Log into Unifier from Android mobile device as User
- User is unable to add picture from either camera or upload from saved images.
EXPECTATION:
---------------
After upgrade to 22.7, Expect to be able to use image Picker on Mobile Android.
