Symptoms
On : 22.1 version, Integration
When attempting to download the PRODUCT_LOCATION_INV_*.zip
the following error occurs.

'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line1'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the SIOCS web client
2. Go to Admin > Technical Maintenance > Job Admin
3. Run Adhoc job = Inventory Extract Batch
4. Job completed and zip file sent to exports folder on FTS
5. Download the file and see the error.
