Symptoms

Order Update using the - salesOrdersForOrderHub - REST API is failing with error. Same action is working through UI but not through API.

Issue is observed only in case of orders being imported from Legacy system(i.e Orders loaded via conversion/FBDI).

ERROR

The request failed because it doesn't include a value for attribute AdjustmentElementBasis, or value PRICE_ADJUSTMENT that it does provide isnt valid.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Orders via FBDI to Fusion with the sheets DOO_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL_INT, DOO_ORDER_LINES_ALL_INT, DOO_ORDER_ADDRESS_INT, DOO_ORDER_MANUAL_PRICE_ADJ_INT
2. Update line EFF/shipping details/order quantity via REST API
3. Observe it is failing with error
