Can Not Choose the Time Scale Option In the Cash Flow Template (Doc ID 2938520.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE

Users cannot pick the Time Scale option in the Cash Flow Template.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier.
  2. In the Company Workspace, Admin mode, navigate to Templates and select the Project/Shell Template in question.
  3. Open the Cash Flow Curve.
  4. There should be options to select the Time Scale, but they are blank/empty.
