Journal Transfer and Posting Error in the Secondary Ledger After Successfully Being Posted in Primary Ledger (Doc ID 2938560.1)

Symptoms

There are journals created and posted successfully in the Primary Ledger, but the posting for the same journals is failing in the Secondary Ledger.

The error message is: 'The journal is unbalanced and suspense isn't enabled for ledger ZZZ. Details: You must enable suspense or correct the amounts".
The concern is how a journal can get posted in the Primary Ledger,  while in the Secondary Ledger the posting fails with the message saying it is unbalanced?
