Goal

Nonrecurring element is getting processed multiple times in the same Calculate Payroll run when the default value is not passed to the input value Date earned marked with Specials purpose as "Earned Date".

The issue occurs when the default value is not passed to the input value "Date Earned" marked with Special Purpose as "Earned Date". The issue can be resolved by defining Defaulting Formula / Default value for the input value "Date Earned" marked with Special Purpose as "Earned Date".
