Symptoms

Documents uploaded in the records are not Publishing in Document Manager due to the Background (BG) Job in ACQUIRED status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Documents uploaded in record should be published in Document Manager.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the BG server
  2. Check if the jobs for publishing are in the ACQUIRED status.
