The batch W_RTL_INV_IT_LC_DY_F_JOB failed with the following errors seen in the log:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P00O, instance 4
ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables
