Description
After the 23A upgrade, customers using knowledge in in 23A may need to make some configuration changes to prevent the CKeditor new styles from being returned in the API response.

Occurrence
This issue affects customers who do not want the new stylesheets returned in the API response (for example, customers who have their own stylesheets that this would break)

Symptoms
After upgrade 23A, using Oracle Knowledge Management with the classic or redwood authoring experience, user will see the Ckeditor 5 custom stylesheets in the the API response (and the UI).
