ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Grade Step Rate is not synchronized on employees' assignment record.
Position Synchronization process was run after HDL load but the Grade Step Rate is not synchronized on employee assignment who has Grade Ladder attached to the position.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Grade Step and Rate should sync without any issues.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a position with grade details using HDL
2. Update position on assignment through HDL
3. Run the sync position process
4. The assignment is not getting updated with grade details.
