Symptoms
Requisitions creation for supplier operation (OSP) with projects fails in supply chain orchestration with the following error.
ERROR
The expenditure type doesn't exist.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a WO with project
2. Complete all operations till supplier operation
3. Requisition gets triggered for supplier operation
4. However in supply Chain orchestration the supply request creation fails with the above error
