Create a Vendor by interfacing VEN (Vendor) file and populate 'reception_percent_level’ column value for a percentage.

Navigate to Vendor Performance UI(user interface) and notice that the populated row is showing a 'C' value for counter order percentage.

Also, notice that inputting any rows manually in this UI only allows values of 'U' or 'P'.
