Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to load the Payroll Balance Definition HDL file, all records fail with the following errors

ERROR
-----------------------
The attribute {ATTRIBUTE_NAME} value {VALUE} isn't in the correct format.
The attribute Balance Code value xxxx isn't in the correct format
The attribute must begin with a letter followed by a combination of letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or underscores, and must contain up to the following number of characters: 80.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load the Payroll Balance Definition HDL file
2. All records fail with the error messages above
