Is there a way to have the unsuspended rate start based on the same methodology as all of the other rate start dates throughout benefits, which is 'Pay period start, before first check, on or after cover start'. The only options in the Unsuspend Rate Rule dropdown are for pay period start dates after the completed date, not prior.
