ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When navigating to Change Working Hours from My Team, the application navigates to the Change Working Hours transaction instead of contextual journey.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Change Working Hours contextual journey to display.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to My Team and click on the 3 dots to display actions and choose Change Working Hours
Goes directly to transaction and does not go to Contextual Journey
