Project Cost Sheet - Total of Manual Configured Fields not being updated consistently

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Project Cost Sheet - Total of Manual Configured Fields would be updated consistently

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create workspace Project Cost Sheet configured fields - 2 manual costs that sums and 1 formula cost which adds those 2 manual fields that sums
2. In a project cost sheet, add columns from fields in step 1 and enter manual field costs, Save and Recalculate
3. Edit manual field costs, Save and Recalculate
