Symptoms
One is executing OTM Bulk Plan on more than 2 Order Releases with the expectation to get a Multistop Shipment.
However, in result, Bulk Plan gives more than 1 shipments having Same Itinerary, Service Providers, Rate Records, Network Legs, Equipment etc.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expectation is to get a Multistop Shipment from all those Order Releases selected for Bulk Plan.
While generating the User Log with the required Planning Log Ids including Multistop and MultistopDetails, it says something like below-
