Issues with the Manage Screen
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The technician's work schedule is set to 8am-5pm but the Manage screen shows the 12 pm-9pm.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The technician's work schedule when updated should appear the same on the Manage screen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the environment
2. Navigate to menu> resources> select the resource
3. Modify the resource's schedule
4. Go to the Manage screen and view the schedule of the resource and it does not appear to have been updated.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, technician's schedule updates do not appear correctly on the Manage page.
