Symptoms
DOCCLOSE batch is not working as expected
According to Volume 1 MFCS Operations Guide, DOCCLOSE batch should close all 4 types of transfers mentioned hereby and release inventory of the items
1. Fully Shipped and Fully Received (tsf_no: 120000306217)
2. Fully Shipped and Partially Received (120000306218)
3. Partially Shipped and it is Fully Received (120000306219)
4. Partially Shipped and it is Partially Received (120000306220)

DOCCLOSE batch was run in MFCS and it got failed with the following error - "2023-01-19T12:53:09,927 [Thread-1504] INFO AbstractShellJobExecutor - EXT_PROG_SYS_OUT:@RMSAlias: docclose_5~20230119125309~close_tsf~ITEM_MASTER~105~RET-0105: generic stored procedure error~INTERNAL STORED FUNCTION ERROR: function=APPT_DOC_CLOSE_SQL.CLOSE_TSF, error=CLOSE cursor C_ITEM in package STOCK_ORDER_RECONCILE_SQL.ADJUST_SHORTAGE ITEM: 228999 2"
