OCI : Tablespaces Do Not Load At PDB Level (Doc ID 2939554.1)

In OCI Console, DBM at PDB level was enabled.

Navigating to the PDB Managed Database --> Under Resources Click on Tablespaces
Does not load any of the tablespaces. It says "No tablespaces found"

Steps to Gather Stats were also executed, still the issue remains the same:

EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_FIXED_OBJECTS_STATS;
EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_SYSTEM_STATS;
EXEC DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS('SYS', 'FILE$');
