Symptoms

Background (BG) Jobs are stuck.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The background Jobs should not be stuck.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the BG server of the environment
  2. Check for any job in Acquired
