Symptoms
Background (BG) Jobs are stuck.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The background Jobs should not be stuck.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into the BG server of the environment
- Check for any job in Acquired
