Symptoms

When Support util routines are used to truncate table W_RTL_ITEM_GRP1_D. The partition information also get's deleted from W_RTL_PARTITION_MAP_G.
The partitions in this dimension table cannot be dropped as the table holds list partitions which do not get extended or recreated via partition utility.

Hence, while truncating table W_RTL_ITEM_GRP1_D Support util should ignore dropping it's partitions or deleting partition information from W_RTL_PARTITION_MAP_G
