Symptoms
Attempt to import a Skill from one environment to another environment, but receive error as below:
Problems encountered during the import of xxx(1.0).zip: Error finding bot with name HcmV2, version 22.10.09 and trackingId xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx.
and
Problems encountered during the import of xxx(1.0).zip: Retrier reached a maximum number of attempts and weren't able to get the expected result.
Diagnosis:
- The error message is also misleading since the referenced Skill is not in the Digital Assistant (DA).
- Also attempted to individually importing the Skills to the target environment, but this throws a different error saying "a skill with that name already exists" (which is not the case) -
- ... a skill with that name already exists ...
