Symptoms

Transaction stuck in CMK with error "Transaction failed due to prolonged queuing".

Many transactions are stuck while processing them through "Generate and Transfer XML Transactions" process with status delivery failed with message "Transaction failed due to prolonged queuing".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Schedule Processes>Schedule New Process
2. Submit the ESS job-"Generate and Transfer XML Transactions"- provide the business unit and transaction number and Submit
3. Check the status of the request.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the XML transactions to customers and hence payment is getting impacted.
