Unable To Update Order CFA Date Column With Date And Time Through XOrdermod API (Doc ID 2940193.1)

Goal

Order CFA table (ordhead_CFA_EXT) is enabled along with date time column as (Date_21) on MFCS. Planning to update CFA column (date_21) with datetime using XORDER Modify API. Tried below datetime format options to update Date CFA column and getting error. But API is able to update if we update with date (21-MAR-2023) instead of datetime.
