Symptoms
When location traits are created in MFCS using the Upload Location Trait process and the entered trait ID is already used, instead of creating an error noting the duplicate ID use a new trait will be created with i different Trait ID.
Example:
Location Trait - North America
Trait ID - 1
Create a duplicate Location Trait using the same Trait ID in the upload spreadsheet
Location Trait - North America
Trait ID - 1
MFCS will create the duplicate Location Trait using a new Trait ID in error
Location Trait - North America
Trait ID - 100
