Symptoms
All reports are failing to download in EICS, inspecting the browser console shows an internal server error message. The reports however are working when accessed from the xmlpserver URL.
EICS UI: "Error downloading the report. Please try again."
Browser console: 500 Internal Server Error
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to EICS
2. Go to reports screen
3. Attempt to download a report.
