Error while trying to convert a pending worker with fixed term

While trying to convert a pending worker, the system throws an error . The error does not appear when a pending worker has been created from UI and appears only when loaded from HDL.

Projected end date needs to be filled up for fixed term employees


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Pending Worker using Worker.dat
2. Go to screen Convert Pending Worker
3. Verify the Projected End Date loaded from HDL is available
4. Error message is received when clicking on Submit.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with converion of Pending Worker.
