Symptoms

SOCS mobile application crashes when bluetooth is disabled on the zebra device.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Disable bluetooth on the mobile device
2. Launch SOCS mobile application
3. Enter login credentials

Oracle SOCS keeps stopping message appears
