Goal
When the user is trying to create item and attaching few UDAs, item screen is not displaying valid error message on "Item Approval Errors" screen if user forgot to attach required UDAs.
"Item Approval Errors" screen displays as "There are User Defined Attribute Defaults within this hierarchy without UDA Values. You must enter the UDA window to assign UDA values to all UDAs before continuing".
"Item Approval Errors" screen is not displaying UDA number on error message. UDA number on error message will help the user to fix approval errors related to UDAs.
