Symptoms
When you have a list of some users that are trying to create OKE clusters via the console, However, you get a blank page when it happens. When you look at the audit logs, you might notice a pattern where some of your users are getting a 404 when it attempts to look at ListVirtualNodePools. The same users get a 200 on ListNodePools. Even though you have provided manage cluster family in the compartment you are using.
