Fusion Benefits: Person Enrollment Summary Report (Doc ID 2940803.1)

Symptoms

Person Enrollment Summary Report is the seeded report and customer has customized the template of the report. After customization the same template is not getting reflected in the seeded path. The problem is some time it gets reflected but after some time it doesn't work.

Please refer the path:
Seeded Report: /shared/Human Capital Management/Benefits/Enrollment
Custom Report: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Benefits/Enrollment

Customer has cleared the BI Cache and set the BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH to 15 even this didn't help to get the customized report reflect in seeded path.
