Symptoms
When attempting to access the Team Member link from the Cloud Portal page, the following error occurs.
Exception [EclipseLink-4002] (Eclipse Persistence Services - 2.7.4.v20190115-ad5b7c6b2a): org.eclipse.persistence.exceptions.DatabaseException Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: The connection is closed Error Code: 31 Call: {call audit_identity( ?, ?, ? )} bind => [0, 2518, <UserLastName>, <UserFirstName>] Query: DataModifyQuery(sql="{call audit_identity( ?, ?, ? )}")
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Primavera Portal, select the P6 Team Member Link.
2. Observe the reported error.
