Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
The user receives a task notification (e.g. in Outlook) for a Business Process record in a foreign language (e.g. German). However, the pdf attached (which is a summary of the business process) has labels in English while the data or value of the labels is in that foreign language (e.g. German). The user's language preference is that foreign language (e.g. German).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Since the user's language preference is set to the foreign language (e.g. German), the pdf attached to the task notification should have labels and data in the same language. i.e. the labels within the pdf attachment should not be in English.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier.
- Navigate to Project_XYZ > Business Process_ABC > +Create a new record and send it forward to the next step and to a user with non-English language preference (e.g. German).
- Once the task notification is received by the user, notice that the pdf attachment is received in the user's language of preference (e.g. German) however the labels within the pdf attachment are in English.
