CommerceItem may need a custom property that is required for webhooks such as external tax calculation, external shipping method, etc. The value of such custom property cannot be predefined, but calculated dynamically at the time the item is added to cart based on the context. However, when an item is added to cart through GWP promotion, it's not possible to calculate the value of this custom property. This may break the webhooks that require this custom properties.
