When attempting to adjust the life to an asset in the Tax book, the following error occurs.

the process ends in error and the log shows
You can't perform this transaction on a leased asset.

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
The Cost and rules change transaction 125458567 failed for asset number 178942.
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records that failed is 1.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Have a lease setup for the corp and tax book
2. Mass copy assets from the corp to tax book
3. Try to adjust the life of the asset in the tax book trough the UI (the Job Definition name is SubmitOnlineAssetTransaction)
