Fusion Global Payroll : While Creating an Organization Payment Method, Bank Account Name Not Shown in LOV in Create Payment Source Page. (Doc ID 2941549.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.01.0 version, Global Payroll in SaaS environment.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When creating a new Payment Source as part of Organization Payment Method setup, the LOV for "Bank Account Name" under section "Source Bank Details" is not showing the Bank Account Name created in previous steps.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
As there is a Bank Account already created, it should be available for selection in Bank Account Name LOV under section "Source Bank Details in page "Create Payment Source".


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Applications.
2. Navigate to My Client Groups > Show More > Organization Payment Methods.
3. Create a payment source of type with Payment Type Check and try to select the previously created Bank Account Name from the LOV "Bank Account Name" under section "Source Bank Details
    in page "Create Payment Source".
4. LOV does not show the bank account name.
