Manager assigns goals

The manager is assigning goal to one of his direct report using the below navigation. However, the goal assigned is not visible in the DR's goal plan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee should be able to see assigned goals

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


Navigation:
Me > Career and Performance > Goals > Check the box against the goals which you need to assign > Action > Assign > Uncheck the box against the team member for whom you don’t want to assign goals > Select the goal plan appropriately > Submit.

Goal is not assigned to employee
