Symptoms

While configuring timezone in table SNP_LOC_REP by following Document 2777883.1 "Scheduled Tasks Are Not Executed at the Correct Time, the ODI Agents "View Schedule" Scheduled Times Do Not Match the ODI Operator Log Run Times, or Schedules Execute with a Delay" and executing jobs using the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) agent, the following error occurs:
