On : 11.13.23.0.0 version, Global Payroll
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
HCM Generate Rates process has employees in Not Started Status that are not processed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All the employees should be processed succesfully
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups - Payroll - Submit a flow;
2. Run HCM Generate Rates - See that some employees are in Not Started Status.
