Unable To Search When Assigning Resource Codes in P6 Web (Doc ID 2941618.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to search when trying to assign Resource Codes to resources in the Resources > Administration > Resources page in P6 Web.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Typing in the Search field will return valid Resource Codes.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web.
  2. Go to Resources > Administration > Resources.
  3. Click the Codes tab.
  4. Click Assign.
  5. In Search field, type the name of a Resource Code that is 4 levels down or more.
  6. Notice nothing is returned.
  7. Open the pathway to that Resource Code.
  8. Collapse the Parent Resource Code.
  9. Search for the Resource Code again.
  10. Correct pathway to that Resource Code is returned.
