Symptoms

Unable to open RTW in SOCS.

Created a PO from RMS and received in SOCS. Total quantity and Shopfloor quantity of the items increased. Then created an RTW in RMS from the same store to a warehouse for the same items used in the PO. But we are unable to proceed with the transaction in SOCS as an error is popping up.

ERROR

A severe system error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a PO from RMS
2. Receive in SIOCS
3. Create an RTW from RMS from the same store and with the same items
4. Accept and ship in SOCS - Error will popup in transfer screen
